MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE:

GENERAL

    • Course material info may change anytime; bookstore is not liable for purchases from outside vendors.
    • Prices and availability may vary. Substitutions (e.g., new for used) may occur.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and international cards where currency is marked as USD through your bank.
    • Students may charge to student accounts from the day books go on sale through 6th business day.
    • Must use 8-digit Tech ID (not Star ID)
    • Students are responsible for unpaid balances—check e-Services regularly.
    • Balances must be paid by the 25th business day of the term.

SHIPPING & PICKUPS

    • Shipping: Allow 3–7 business days. Fees are non-refundable. Student must enter correct address.
    • Pickup: Photo ID or order confirmation required.
    • All items are shipped with UPS, so we do not allow shipping to PO Boxes.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

    • Held until the 15th business day of the term.
    • All orders are final after the 6th business day, even if unclaimed.

CANCELATIONS & RETURNS

    • Web orders can be canceled before processing by contacting College Store.
    • Receipt/packing slip required for all returns.
  • Textbooks/Required Materials

    • Full refund through 6th day of term.
    • Must be in original condition (e.g., shrink-wrap intact).
  • Digital Access Cards

    • Access cards: Refundable by 6th day only if unopened/unused.
    • Digital items: Refund within 14 days, not to exceed 6th day of term.

RENTAL BOOK RETURNS

    • Due last day of finals (Fall: December, Spring: May).

PSEO STUDENTS

    • Must order through College Store.
    • Store may substitute formats (e.g., used for new).
    • All books must be returned by last day of finals (Fall: December, Spring: May).
    • Notify store of any damage before use.
